Q: How quickly will my order ship?
A: Once we have received and processed your payment orders take between 3-4 days to ship.
Q: Where do you source your materials from?
A: All our materials are 100% USA grown and manufactured.
Q: What are your candles made of?
A: all our candles are made from 100% natural soy wax and natural oils.
Q: How long do your candles last?
A: Our larger 8oz candles burn time is about 50-60 hours, our smaller 4oz travel candles burn for about 15 hours.
Q: What makes an all-natural soy wax different from another?
A: Soy wax have the benefit of coming from a sustainable source, Soy wax release much less smoke pollutant than regular candles, Soy wax also burns much longer than regular wax, not to mention soy candles are great for people with allergies thanks to them being hypo-allergenic.
Q: Can I buy your products wholesale to sell them in my store?
A: Yes you can! We will soon have a portal for all wholesales but until then please email us with any questions you may have in reference to wholesale to: phyllisk@phyllisknewyork.com
Q: do you offer discounts on larger orders?
A: Orders with 100 + items qualify for our wholesale program please refer to above question.
Q: Do you have a physical store location I can visit?
A: At this time we do not.

A: Not yet, make sure to subscribe to find out as soon as we launch it.
